The Post is located in the city limits of Gun Barrel City, Texas off Hwy 198 south, just off the shores of Cedar Creek Lake.

Membership is not limited to veterans only. If you are the direct descendant of a veteran or the spouse or widow(er) of a veteran, you may be eligible to join. Please stop by, call or email us and ask if you are eligible.

In addition to the American Legion, our Post is supported by very active chapters of the American Legion Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion (SAL) and our American Legion Riders, or ALR (our motorcycle club).
